ORDER DESK is our web based business application designed to provide our customers with a highly efficient and productive online solution. Users work in a secure password protected environment allowing them access to view or work on files 24/7 from any PC with an internet connection.
ORDER DESK is an integrated system through which users can place and review the title order, including party information, view the title commitment and bill, schedule the closing, and review the HUD1. Users have the added ability to submit electronic requests for Schedule A changes. Clearance items can be uploaded and submitted to us electronically as well.
As an added benefit Virtual office is an bonus feature which links individual users providing the ability to view and access each other’s files directly from My Fidelity Desktop.
